Criminal Justice Chaplaincy is proud to introduce you to the VANDER SCHAAF PASTORAL CARE FUND. This fund has been established in honor of James Vander Schaaf the founding director of CJC who faithfully served for 34 years. CJC grew from a biblically based vision of Christ's love and compassion. Jim was dedicated to CJC's mission,

"THAT PEOPLE WHOSE LIVES ARE AFFECTED BY CRIME MAY EXPERIENCE JUSTICE, MERCY AND HEALING."

The Vander Schaaf Pastoral Care Fund will assist us in providing pastoral care to our clients. This fund will help provide support for pastors that come along side the staff at CJC to provide support, prayer, and a listening ear through our ministry to individuals re-entering our community from incarceration.
